cancel order

We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct address.

Customized or personalized items are not entitled to a 14-day refund.
For returns due to consumer reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the consumer. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.

If, due to our fault, the item received is damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping charges.

Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returned products.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you a delivery notification. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.
